In about 90 seconds, it builds a complete marketing campaign for you with compelling copy for emails, social media and text messages, branded email templates, and recommendations about the best places to reach customers. Constant Contact was founded almost 30 years ago, so our AI models have been trained on historical knowledge and data from real digital marketing campaigns. The recommendations that Campaign Builder creates are designed to work seamlessly within a small business’ workflow in Constant Contact. Every email or text message can be edited using the same tools our customers use to draft messages manually, and we leverage the same SMS features and event platform that already exists in the platform.

We have a strong vision for where artificial intelligence can take us (and our customers) in the future and are already exploring how to expand its use to help solve more challenges that SMBs face.
